Nick Hamlin is a data driven trainer focused on biomechanics. With training roots in anatomy, physical mechanics and evidence based training, Nick aims to lead clients through their fitness journey by educating them on; healthy and sustainable eating habits, bio mechanically correct exercise technique, and programming stimulus and exercise selection.
The philosophy is simple, take a tailored approach to each individual and their needs and show them what works for their goals and their body - change the way they feel, and the data will show the progress.
